PHASE I
In Phase I, CIRI’s plan for the property consists of a five- building, mixed-use campus on 13 acres. This phase will include up to 144,000 square feet of Class-A office and retail space. CIRI completed its first 40,000-square foot Class-A office building in 2011 for Doyon Ltd. and its family of businesses. The two-story state-of-the-art building was designed to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) silver criteria.
PHASE II
This phase will include the remaining nine acres, which is located on the north end of the development. This space is ideally situated for a variety of commercial or light industrial uses, as it is near to the O’Malley Road and C Street transportation corridors.
